NorCO swappers were on the south side of Fort Collins for the August swap. We welcomed lots of new faces. For goodies, we had exquisite versions of blueberry jam, zucchini bread, and gluten free cupcakes.

There was a bumper crop of wild foraged goods, with Kelly offering us wild plum jam and leather, new swapper Sarah with samples of purslane, lemon, and apple salsa, and Jane and Maggie bringing treats with home picked

chokecherries and wild apples. Our host, Peter, of Hops and Berries, swapped with us as well, sharing both his red and white wines with us. It was a great time, a fun location, with lots of new friend making.
